What is covered

• Your first order, whichever plan you chose: one bottle, the monthly plan, the 3-bottle bundle or the 5-bottle bundle.
• One refund per customer.
• You do not need to send the bottle back.
• No questions asked.

What is not covered

• Monthly renewals. You can cancel before the next renewal - see the subscription terms.
• Second and later orders.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@glp1longrun.com within 60 days of the day your first order was delivered. Include your order number. We refund the full amount you paid for that order to your original payment method. How long the money takes to show depends on your bank or card provider.

Damaged, wrong or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or does not arrive, email hello@glp1longrun.com with your order number and we will put it right.
