Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, and we do not ship to other countries.
Cost
Standard shipping is free. Any other shipping option, and its price, is shown at checkout before you pay.
When it arrives
Orders are packed within 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Standard delivery then takes 2-4 business days with USPS, so most orders arrive 4-6 business days after you order. Express delivery takes 1-3 business days after packing. These are estimates, not guarantees. If your order is running late we will email you, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. You can also see the status of any order on the Track your order page.
Problems with a delivery
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email hello@glp1longrun.com with your order number.
Monthly plan
Each monthly renewal ships to the address on your subscription. To change it, email us before your next renewal date.
